The Eagle County Republican Women met under the leadership of Leah M Hall, president, at the Gas House in Edwards. In order to understand where we are going, we must understand where we came from. What makes America the country it is today? What is our national history? What can we learn from the Founding Fathers? Just what does it mean to be an American? I hope that by reading these books, you will find the answers to these very important questions. When you do, share what you have learned with all those around you. It is my hope that everyone will have a firm knowledge of the history and substance of the United States of America, and what makes this county great.
